We develop our airports using 2K+ resolution textures, delivering maximum quality products to our customers. If your textures appear low resolution, you can increase the Maximum Texture Load.

In Prepar3D, go to the main menu and select “Settings” then click “Display”. In the Display dialogue under “Graphics” there is a drop down menu labelled “Texture Resolution”. Click and select “Ultra – 4096x4096” then click “Ok”.

For FSX the process is a little more complicated. Navigate in explorer to the folder; X:\Users\(YOUR USER NAME)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\ and open up the file FSX.cfg in notepad. In notepad scroll and find the section labelled “TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=1024”. Modify this section so it reads “TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096” then save the file. Remember to always back up the FSX.cfg before modifying it.

There are so many different types of computers with varying specs, processing powers, graphics cards etc. Because of this, it’s hard to answer this question precisely. We do have a free airport which you can download and try in FSX & Prepar3D. This airport is New Plymouth (NZNP) You can download it here. This will give you a chance to try one of our products on your system and experience what we have to offer.

Specular and reflections displayed on the ground polygons are only available for Prepar3D V2 and above. FSX and FSX Steam doesn’t support this feature.
For "Prepar3D style" ground polygons to work properly in Prepar3D V2, make sure the latest update/patch of Prepar3D V2 is installed (Specifically Prepar3D V2.5). The latest update/patch can be downloaded from Prepar3D's official website www.prepar3d.com
This can be caused by a number of factors. The most likely cause however is the scenery hasn’t been installed properly for whatever reason. The BGL files can’t find the textures they require and as a result display them as black, transparent or sometimes as solid colours. Please try reinstalling the scenery and see if this fixes the problem.
Yes we do! Commercial licences are available to anyone that needs to use our product for commercial purposes, e.g. Flight Schools. When purchasing the product, please select “Licence Type” and then select the commercial licence option.
